It is one of the most powerful, natural anti-inflammatory fruits.
Edessa, Fthiotida, Etoloakarnania, Pella and Larissa are the Greek regions with the most cultivations of cherries.
The main varieties are:
Sweet Early: Red and crispy variety. The fruit is big size.
Maturity 2 – 4 days after the B. Burlat
Early Star: Red and crispy variety. The fruit is big size.
Maturity 15 – 18 days after the B. Burlat
Peecode Bernard: Variety red and semi-crispy. It is a big size fruit

Sunburst: Variety red and semi-crispy. The fruit is round and has a big size.
